Rape blossoms with peanuts and tofu
Peanuts not only contain a lot of high-quality, non-fattening oils such as oleic acid and linoleic acid (unsaturated fatty acids), but they also contain a lot of niacin (vitamin B3), which breaks down acetaldehyde, the cause of hangovers, and are expected to reduce the burden on the liver and prevent hangovers.
We recommend this easy dish that will give you a taste of spring, using high-quality peanuts and seasonal rape blossoms.
