Rape blossoms with peanuts and tofu

Rape blossoms 4 stocks
Firm tofu 1/2

Peanut paste 2 tablespoons
Boiled sake 1 tbsp
sugar 2 teaspoons
salt 1 teaspoon
Light soy sauce 1 teaspoon
How to make
  1. Wrap the firm tofu in a paper towel and microwave for 3 minutes, then drain and mash.
  2. Cut off the stems of the rape blossoms and quickly submerge them in boiling water with a little salt to parboil them.
  3. Place the rape blossoms in cold water, drain and cut into 3cm pieces.
  4. Combine the ※ seasonings.
  5. Mix the rape blossoms, mashed tofu, and combined seasonings and serve in a bowl.
  6. Straining the tofu will give it an even smoother finish.
