How to order

Cancellation/Change

  • We accept cancellations before your order is shipped. Please let us know by contacting us via the inquiry form or by phone.
  • Once a package has been shipped, shipping fees will be incurred regardless of whether you receive it or not. Please note that we will still charge you for shipping fees even if you decline to receive the package.
  • We cannot accept changes to your order. We will cancel your order, so please place a new order.
  • If you contact us after placing separate orders and request to have the items shipped together, we will be unable to accommodate your request. If you would like to have separate orders shipped together, we will cancel the order and ask you to place a new order.

Shipping Method

  • Your package will be delivered by Japan Post, Sagawa Express or mail.
  • Your order will usually be shipped within the next business day.
  • We also accept delivery on a specified date and time. When placing your order, please specify your desired delivery date and time on the delivery setting input screen.
  • If you wish to specify a date and time or pay by cash on delivery, we will deliver the item by courier. Mail delivery is delivered to your mailbox, so date and time designation and cash on delivery are not available.
  • Delivery dates vary depending on the delivery area. Delivery may also be delayed depending on weather and the season.
  • We do not ship overseas. We only deliver within Japan.

  • Shipping costs throughout Japan are 770 yen (tax included) per delivery.
  • Shipping is free for purchases totaling 3,500 yen (tax included) or more per delivery.

Payment Method

You can choose from the following payment methods.

Credit card payment

VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DINERS, GooglePay and ApplePay are accepted.

Cash on delivery

Please pay when the delivery company delivers the product.
If the purchase price is less than 11,000 yen (tax included), a cash on delivery fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged.
*For purchases of 11,000 yen or more (tax included), cash on delivery fees are free.

Paidy (Postpaid)

This is a service where you pay for the usage for one month in one lump sum the following month.
All you need is an email address and a mobile phone number; no pre-registration or credit card is required.

Returns and Exchanges

Once you receive the product, please open it immediately and check the contents.

In case of defective products, incorrect shipments, or damage during transportation

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product you receive is damaged or dirty, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us using the inquiry form below within 7 days of receiving the product. Bijin Nuka Store will contact you with information on how to return or exchange the product.

All shipping and handling fees for returns and exchanges will be covered by Bijin Nuka Store. If you wish to exchange an item, it will be the same item as the original. If we are unable to provide the same item for an exchange, such as in the case of limited edition items, we will contact you again.

Returns due to customer convenience

If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (other than damage or soiling of the product), we will accept the return of the product if you contact us within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused and unopened. In this case, the shipping fee and bank transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
However, we will not accept your request if any of the following conditions apply.

If we cannot accept your return or exchange
  • Items delivered more than 8 days ago
  • Products that have been opened by the customer
  • Products that have been soiled, damaged, or have accessories such as manuals lost or discarded by the customer
  • Products processed by customers

Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges due to personal reasons (excluding product damage or soiling) will be accepted if you notify us of your intention to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. However, shipping fees, bank transfer fees, and cash on delivery fees incurred when returning or exchanging an item will be borne by the customer.

Bijin Nuka Store will cover the shipping costs for purchases of 3,500 yen or more (tax included), and the cash-on-delivery fees for purchases of 11,000 yen or more (tax included). However, please note that if you return the product for your own reasons, you will be charged the shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees for the original shipment and the difference will be refunded to you.

Gift wrapping

At Bijin Nuka Store, we offer gift wrapping, both for a fee and free of charge.
Our staff will carefully wrap the item and deliver it to your specified address. Please use it as a gift for a special occasion.
