[Recipe] Sweet potato and mushroom rice

A recipe that helps produce collagen and beautifies the skin.

Sweet potatoes are not only high in dietary fiber, they also contain 10 times more vitamin C than apples, and are said to be resistant to being destroyed by heat. They also play a role in collagen production, and are said to be effective in preventing colds.

[Ingredients] Serves 2-3
Rice 2 cups
water 2 servings
Sweet potato 2 medium
Shimeji mushrooms (my favorite mushroom) 1 pack
Alcohol 1 tbsp
salt 1/2 teaspoon
White sesame Appropriate amount
How to make
  1. Rinse the rice as usual, put it in a rice cooker, and add water, sake, and salt.

  2. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, do not peel them, cut them into 1cm cubes, remove any bitterness, and place in the rice cooker.
  3. Remove the stems from the shimeji mushrooms, break them up and place them in the rice cooker.

  4. Once the rice is done cooking, add the sesame seeds and mix well from the bottom.
