Sushi Burrito
The sushi burrito, which is popular in the United States, is a handy, thick roll that combines Japanese sushi with a Mexican burrito.
A burrito is a hearty dish made of a flour or cornmeal tortilla stuffed with meat, vegetables, beans, and other ingredients.
This time, I made tortillas using rice flour and soy milk, which are recommended for people with wheat flour allergies.
Avocados are recognized by the Guinness World Records as the "world's most nutritious fruit," and are rich in oleic acid, potassium, vitamin E, water-soluble dietary fiber, and glutathione. They are said to be useful for maintaining healthy blood vessels, maintaining beautiful skin, and anti-aging.
Sushi burritos are easy to eat and are recommended for home parties and bento boxes.
