Remove swelling and create vibrant skin!

It is said that "when tomatoes turn red, doctors turn green." Risotto is especially rich in vitamins A, C, B6, and taurine. It also helps remove salt from the blood and improve swelling. Try to choose tomatoes that are as ripe as possible. If you eat only cold foods in an air-conditioned room during the heat, your body will become cold. If your body gets cold, your body temperature will drop, your immune system will weaken, and you will suffer from summer fatigue. In the hot summer, warm up your body with easy-to-eat risotto.
