Soy Milk French Toast
Soy milk is rich in soy isoflavones and vitamins, making it great for beauty and health. This French toast uses soy milk instead of milk, so it's recommended for those who are a little hesitant to drink it as is.

Soy milk | 100mL |
Honey | 1 teaspoon |
Vanilla extract | A little |
Bread | 1 slice (thick cut) |
butter | 10g |
Powdered sugar | A little |
Maple syrup | Appropriate amount |
banana | 1 bottle |
butter | Small quantity |
How to make
- Mix eggs, soy milk, honey, and vanilla extract and soak bread in the mixture for at least an hour.
- Add butter to a heated frying pan, cover and fry on low heat on both sides.
- Cut the banana into thick diagonal slices and fry in a frying pan over low heat in butter.
*When toasting bread, cover it with a lid to make it fluffy. - Plate and drizzle with maple syrup and powdered sugar, if desired.
