Colorful summer vegetable pizza made with rice flour
This rice flour pizza is made with plenty of colorful summer vegetables in green, red, and yellow. Summer vegetables are mainly green and yellow vegetables, and are especially rich in nutrients such as vitamins A, C, and E. Also, by making the pizza dough with rice flour, the outside is crispy and the inside is soft and fluffy! You can enjoy a new texture that is different from wheat flour. How to make
- Place the dough ingredients in a bowl and mix well, adding the water little by little, until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Place a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the pizza dough on it, stretching it into a circle.
- Spread ketchup or pizza sauce on the dough.
- Top with vegetables cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, then top with cheese and bake for a further 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, sprinkle with black pepper to finish.
