This rice flour pizza is made with plenty of colorful summer vegetables in green, red, and yellow. rice flour 160g
baking powder 2 teaspoons
White sugar 10g
Salt 2g
Olive oil 15g
water 120ml

Paprika (red and yellow) 1/2 each
green pepper 1/2 piece
Cherry Tomato 4 pieces
zucchini 1/6
Red Onion 1/4 piece
Ketchup or pizza sauce Appropriate amount

How to make

Colorful summer vegetable pizza made with rice flour

  1. Place the dough ingredients in a bowl and mix well, adding the water little by little, until well combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  3. Place a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the pizza dough on it, stretching it into a circle.
  4. Spread ketchup or pizza sauce on the dough.
  5. Top with vegetables cut into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes, then top with cheese and bake for a further 10 minutes.
  7. Once cooked, sprinkle with black pepper to finish.
