Unsalted butter | 30g |
Roasted Almonds | 40g |
Preparation
- Soften the butter at room temperature until it is soft enough to press with your fingers.
- Roast the almonds at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes and chop finely.
How to make
- Toast the rice bran in a frying pan until golden brown.
- Put the roasted rice bran, flour, and unsalted butter in a bowl and mix well. Rub the ingredients together with your fingers, then add the milk little by little and mix. Once it has come together, mix in the almonds.
- Shape the dough into a log, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it to rest in the refrigerator. Cut the dough into 5mm pieces and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
