*Commercially available salsa sauce is also OK (add as desired).

Preparation
[How to make salsa sauce]- Peel the tomatoes and cut them into 1cm cubes. Finely chop the onion.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, and chili powder to 1 and mix.
How to make
- Chop the garlic finely.
- Add olive oil to a frying pan, fry the garlic, and when it becomes fragrant, add the ground meat.
- When the meat starts to change color, add salt, pepper, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce, and stir fry until it becomes chewy. When it's done, put it on a plate or something.
- Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut them into 1cm cubes.
- Wash the lettuce, drain and cut into thick strips.
- Place rice on a plate.
- Place lettuce, meat and tomato in the center.
- Finally, top with cheese, add salsa sauce if desired, and garnish with tortillas if available.
