How to make
- <Cooking rice> Wash the white rice and mix it with the lightly washed black rice, put it in a rice cooker, add a little olive oil and cook.
- Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and peel them.
- Cut the tops off the boiled tomatoes and scoop out the seeds and flesh with a spoon.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the flour and stir fry, gradually add the milk, season with salt and pepper, and make a white sauce.
- Finely chop the onion and fry. When it softens, add the soy meat, add the rice cooked in step 1, stir fry lightly, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the white sauce to step 5, mix and stuff into the tomatoes.
- Top with cheese and bake in the oven, then serve on a plate lined with baby leaves. If you need more seasoning, add olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
The black rice used this time is sticky, so if you make the white sauce loose, it will be easier to mix. You can also add meat or seafood to the tomato sauce for a variety of different dishes.
